| Directions: | All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting. Add the
ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "White Bread". Press
"Start".

NOTES : I have a very good "faux" sourdough recipe that my family loves. Ituses sour cream (can be non-fat) and vinegar (instead of yogurt and lemon
juice). Think you might like to try it.
