1 apple ; cored and sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 Beef bouillon cube

Date: Wed, 26 Jun 1996 19:45:46 -0400 Fry onion in butter. Add sauerkraut, thinly sliced cabbage, apple, salt and caraway seed. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water and pour over kraut mixture. Simmer uncovered about 20 minutes
