| Ingredients: | 2 tomatoes 1 lb jack cheese 1 can (small) black olives 1 can (small) dice d green chilis green onions cilantro 8 oz italian dressing with cheese; (Cheese Fantastico or something like it)

| Directions: | Drain some of the oil from the dressing. Place all ingredients in a food
processor and chop until fine (do not puree). Serve with tortilla chips or
crackers.
