Ingredients: 2 cup(s) milk
2 cup(s) Dry white wine
2 oz butter
3 tbsp corn starch
1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp tabasco sauce
1/2 tbsp Black pepper
1/2 tbsp celery salt
1 lb Sonoma garlic Jack
2 oz Sonoma cheddar
Directions: Bring milk to a boil; add flour. Stir constantly. Add wine and corn starch,stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients. Keep heat low; cook just til cheese melts.
