Ingredients: 1/4 cup(s) milk
1/4 cup(s) water
1 egg
3 cup(s) bread flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp butter
3 tbsp sugar
2/3 cup(s) Lowfat cottage cheese
2 tbsp Dried onion
1 tbsp Dried dill
1 tbsp Dried parsley
1 1/2 tsp yeast
Directions: Here's a couple of my favorites from "Bread Machine Magic" -- the measurements are for 1-1/2# loaves.

Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting & press start. After the baking cycle, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack and allow to cool 1hr. before slicing.
