| Ingredients: | 8 oz cream cheese 1 Clove garlic ; minced 1 tsp caraway seed 1 tsp basil 1 tsp dill weed 1 tsp chives ; chopped Fresh ground black pepper

| Directions: | Blend all ingredients until smooth. Shape into a flat round. Cover with
plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes until firm. Peel the plastic wrap
off and coat all sides with fresh ground pepper.
