| Directions: | Place egg yolks, wine and sugar in a copper rounded pan or double boiler
and whisk until mixture has a whipped creamy texture (about 5 to 15
minutes). Pour over ice cream and strawberries or raspberries in large wineglasses. Yield: 4 servings.
