Ingredients: 1 cup(s) sugar
1 cup(s) White corn syrup
1 cup(s) peanut butter
1 cup(s) peanuts
3 cup(s) rice Krispies®
6 oz chocolate chips
6 oz butter scotch chips
Directions: In a large saucepan, bring to a boil the sugar and corn syrup. Remove from the heat. Stir in the peanut butter, peanuts and Rice Krispies. Pour this mixture into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Spread evenly. In a small saucepan onthe stove, or in a glass dish in the microwave, melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips and mix well. Spread this mixture over the top of the mixture in the pan. Let cool. Per serving: 288 Calories; 16g Fat (47% calories from fat); 7g Protein; 34gCarbohydrate; 1mg Cholesterol; 85mg Sodium
