Ingredients: 2 1/4 cup(s) Cake flour
1/4 cup(s) granulated sugar replacement
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup(s) cocoa
2/3 cup(s) vegetable shortening ; softened
1 cup(s) water
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
Directions: Sift flour, sugar replacement, baking soda, salt and cocoa together into large mixing bowl. Add shortening, 1/2 c. of the water and vanilla extract;beat until just moistened. Add remaining water and eggs. Beat until slightly thickened. Pour into well-greased and floured 13" x 9" baking pan.Bake at 350F for 40 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done. Yield: 24 servings, 99 calories each Exchange, 1 serving: 1/2 bread, 1 1/2 fat
