Directions: Early in the morning, prepare the sauce in a bowl as follows: Put garlic ina bowl. Add basil, pepper and cover with olive oil. Let sit for 6 to 7 hours. 1-1/2 hours before serving place chopped tomatoes in a colander and drain for 1-1/2 hours. Toss pasta with sauce and top with tomatoes.
